Pioneertown, CA

March 8–9, 2025 at the Pioneertown Motel

Fahey/Klein Gallery is excited to announce its participation in the upcoming High Desert Art Fair, a celebration of artistry and community. In keeping with the fair’s guiding principles, the gallery presents a thoughtfully curated selection of artist portraits, offering a compelling glimpse into the arts through the artist, shining a light on influential individuals who shaped artistic movements across visual arts, literature, filmmaking, and beyond. By turning the lens on these creators, the photographs serve as an extension of their own artistic legacies.

The gallery’s presentation will include works by Janette Beckman, Brad Branson, Paolo di Paolo, Douglas Kirkland, Alexander Liberman, Christopher Makos, Frank Ockenfels 3, Herb Ritts, Steve Schapiro, Norman Seeff and Agnès Varda.

As a dynamic gathering of artists, collectors, and enthusiasts, the High Desert Art Fair provides a platform to engage with fine art photography in an inspiring setting. Fahey/Klein Gallery has been at the forefront of the medium for over four decades, representing master photographers and fostering new voices in contemporary image-making.

The High Desert Art Fair 2025 will be held on March 8th and 9th at the historic Pioneertown Motel in Pioneertown, CA. Set against the stunning high desert backdrop, the fair will showcase a curated selection of contemporary art, offering a unique experience for art collectors, enthusiasts, and the local community. In addition to the visual arts program, the event will feature a special one-night musical celebration, the High Desert Art Fair Music Night, on March 8th at The Red Dog Saloon, with live performances by Sophia Knapp, Emmett Skyy, and Pearl Charles.
